Mission: Mission 2: Into The Breach
Location: Faltan City, Government Building
Timeline: MD01 - 0912

The past events that had been happening around Faltan had strike down on the government. Everything was going according to plan, the question, however, was wondering whom's plan was getting shaped right now? The Falteans had a new governor and yet plague was out of control in the west, the north had the public humiliation of Red Guards failing their duties and the east had suffered a fatal blow by the loss of the gangs there. However, the last one was praised by the people as Red Guards took their station there. Now the Governor might be stuck with other questions, the Romulans, how did they know.

The assistant of the governor shuffles quickly to the door and opens it up "Madam Taga, you have a visitor that wishes...." But she could not even finish her sentence without receiving the full rage of Taga back at her and bowed her head.

“Not now! I’m far to busy!” Taga bellowed.

"But madam, it is miss Saracenti that is awaiting your blessing," She said sacred and still lowered with her head.

The Governor sighed, “Fine. Send her in on your way out.”

With the assistant now shuffling out of the office quickly as she was ordered. It only took a few minutes for Victoria to walk calmly into the office and she looked a bit around the office. She held one hand on her blade and grabbed her hat and took it off "Madam Governor, it is a delight to see you again after such a long time" She gave her a soft smile and stopped in front of the desk as she heard the door close behind her.

Governor Taga smiled weakly, “Indeed it has been a while. What can I do for you, Miss Saracenti?” She asked getting straight to the point.

Sitting down on the chair and placing her feet on the table leaning bit backward "It seems you needed me here, at least that is what your message stated. Something about a message?" Vic stated while cleaning her nails with an army knife.

“Yes, you’ve been pissing off the Romulans! That isn’t part of the plan! What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Dreyem demanded.

Pulling out some dirt from under her nails “The Romulans being even here was not the plan madam governor. They sent the biggest hothead to this location that could burst any moment. A tone had to be set. These people are more of the action than words anyway” Vic pointed out and looked calmly at her “Is there anything he said?”

“Something along the lines of thanking you for being a good host. Plus he fully agrees with your discussion with his wife. What the hell did you talk to her about?” Taga demanded.

"The typical girl talk governor" Vic smiled as she looked at her "Basically I told her that this was merely a test for her husband to show the fraction of what we are able to do him. You see people like him, you need to keep on a leash" Vic symbolize it with a gesture "You need to keep your taps on those that might, plausible, do harm to future plans that we have for the Raeya Sector Block"

“Really?!” Taga said aggressively. “He is more than willing to level the planet if we piss him off again. This isn’t the plan! We’re trying to grow stronger out here, without the major powers of the Alpha and Beta quadrants going to war with us.”

Vic could not resist but to smile at the reaction "Oh stop it, governor, Faltan is alive and well. I believe the Romulans are out of your orbit and the Ambassador is cooled down. They got the message and know our standpoint. They won't interfere with our affairs any further" Vic pointed out and leans a bit backward "However...the West District has fallen to some pesky resistance. You will receive the news soon about it..."

“Resistance? What type of Resistance?” The Governor asked not liking the sound of it. “I thought the Faltan’s stood together?”

"Yes resistance, people getting group and talk about problems they have with...well you" She points her knife at Taga and grins a bit "But it's not really an issue to worry about. I got some ideas to resolve that, just need to get it in a moving position"

“Me?” The Governor asked with complete shock. “I am the saviour of the faltan people.”

Vic opened her mouth and looked a bit awkward at Taga and shrugs a bit "Yes, yes totally are" She rolled eyes and stood up "Well thanks for giving me the message and the lovely interaction. I missed these bounding moments" Vic moved her eyes from her to Taga and winks at her "But I need to get things going forward, Starfleet keeps pushing forward...I bet they are behind the whole rebellion at the west district...." She moved her finger a bit as if she was considering it, but basically, she was planting a seed that only needed water.

“It needs to be stopped. We need a united front, especially with Union watching us.” Dreyem replied as she sat back in her chair. “And whats this I’ve been hearing of a plague as well?”

"Plague?" Vic blinks and then remembers Francisca talking about doing some experiments and shrugs "Oh that...yea I did send some of my best soldiers to the location. They got attacked by people uniform" She crossed her arms "You don't think ...Starfleet? I mean it's against their so-called peace idealism....maybe its all a smoke screen and they want to overthrow you, governor!" Vic shook her head and smirks "I will not allow this to happen! You finally brought peace!"

“It’s not generally Starfleet’s way, attacking innocents like that. I may have to get my best people down there to see what they could do.” The Governor replied.

Looking at her, Vic simply nodded 'Easy as always...' She thought "I would presume that Starfleet is on its way to it as well...if not already there trying to look like the savior of your people" She pointed out and shrugs "Maybe push them out there...help the people and show them that you are the true savior!"

“I have plans,” Taga said before trailing off. “But I’ll need Starfleet to come to the table and listen to what I...we want as Faltan’s.”

Smiling at that comment "That is the Taga I know, you will do good while I am gone to settle some scores" Vic said with a grin on her face "I will leave my Lieutenant Skinner here in charge of my troops at Faltan. The other members will travel to Union and Raeya to begin our plans for unification against these federation invaders...."

“I will join you when I’m able.” Dreyem said with a nod.

Turning to her and giving her a slight nod "You got your work cut out for you on Faltan Governor, show them the meaning of being a Faltean" With that Vic made her leave out of the office and smiled while exiting the office. Everything was going according as planned, the only slight problem that she had to take care of somehow was a certain agent that rose from the death.

“Even so, I will head to Union. I’ve invested to much time into this notnto see it through to its fruition.” The Governor replied firmly.
