Mission: Mission 2: Into The Breach
Location: Captain’s Lounge, Command Deck, Falton Station
Timeline: MD04 - 1105

M'Mira tapped her commbadge immediately once they left the hangar bay. She briefly said, "Captain, this is Commanderrr M'Mirrrra. I have Lieutenant Barrrden with me. I would suggest that you meet us in the Captain's lounge." I hope that he doesn't have his dog with him there. This is no time for dumb, enslaved animals. "We have something to prrresent that you will want to know."

”Information on the explosion on the bird of prey?” Refelian asked, as he sat playing ball with his trusty red setter trying to keep his mind off of Mint and her mission.

=^= The explosion, Captain. It is verrry interrresting,=^= she purred disturbed into the comm and looking at Barden.

”Very well, report to my office for a full debrief.” Refelian replied, eager to hear what had happened on the Klingon Vessel.

=^=We arrre alrrready on ourrr way to yourrr lounge, Captain. And, this is Lieutenant Barrrden's find, Captain. I'll let herrr prrresent it,=^= she replied proudly.

”Very well, I look forward to seeing it.” Refelian replied before closing the comm.

Leyla was making her way out of the labs, hitting her combadge as she did. =^= Aiman-Tamar to Commander M’Mira. I’ve got some things I think you need to see.=^=

Tapping her commbadge, M'Mira responded, =^= I suspect it is as imporrrtant as what we found. Come to the Captain's lounge with whateverrr you have found. We will all view it then. =^=

=^=Understood, I’m on my way from the labs,=^= Leyla stated and headed in the direction of the Captain’s lounge.

Leyla had made her way to the Captain's Lounge. She'd never been here, though had expected to do a typical meet-and-greet with Captain Refelian when she got to the station. That hadn't happened, and she'd been thrown into the investigation. Was she the first one here though? She looked around to see if anyone else had arrived. She felt out of place a bit, just ending up at a meeting like this out of the blue.

M'Mira was talking to Barden in a corner as Refalian came into the room. Thankfully, in M'Mira's mind, Laddie was not coming along with him. Barden left the room and M'Mira stalked over to the Captain.

Refalian asked, "Is everyone here that needs to report?"

M'Mira answered, "I have allowed Lieutenant Barrrden to go. I know what is necessarrry. If we need herrr, then we can contact herrr laterrr. I see Lieutenant Aiman-Tamarrr is here. Do we need Ensign Arrrmidale, as well?"

Leyla looked over. "I don't know who all was called to the meeting, but I know I've got some interesting things here," she stated as she took a seat, setting her PADD down.

M'Mira answered, "We have everrryone that knows something about the explosion, I believe."

Refelian turned over to Leyla and said, "Tell me what you have discovered."

Handing a copy of what she had on her PADD to both Refelian and M'Mira, Leyla rubbed the back of her neck. "A couple things. The explosives used are ours, Federation and likely from the station's explosives supply. There was no way these were something that the Klingons just had and setup themselves." She got an uneasy look on her face, "However..that's where I'm not sure. For whatever reason, the computer would not let me know if any were missing. What I don't understand is that the supply is something I should have been able to check on given my position. The computer just kept telling me Unknown whenever I tried to ask if there were any missing."

M'Mira agreed with an irritated growling voice. "Lieutenant Barrrden told me that she found Federrration explosives, as well. It was not adapted. We have some of the scrrraps but not enough to put togetherrr wherrre it orrriginated frrrom and therrre arrre no trrrace elements of DNA that she could find. We immediately came here to rrreport."

Refelian looked over his Commander and Leyla and said, "This gets shared with nobody except you, me and Commander Mint. Make sure that Lieutenant Barden knows that as well, Commander. Find me anything that will connect these devices to someone in or out of Starfleet. And no matter what you do, make sure that Miss Templeton does not find out a thing about any of this. Keep her from sniffing around. I want the ship towed into orbit around the Luna Colony. Make sure she has no access. Are we clear?"

Leyla glanced between Refelian and M'Mira. This was not what she expected. "Understood, Captain. I'll gather everything I can...in the name of scientific research...stating curiosity in random explosion research if I'm asked."

Refelian answered, "Very good. Keep me in the loop." With a nod he said, "Good work. Keep it up. You're both dismissed."
