| Personal History | Aeryn was born whilst her mother was the captive of the Romulans. Her mother Delenn was one of the surviving members of the USS Enterprise C, which returned to its time frame of 2344 after a brief period of time travel to the future. Her mother bring a dedicated officer chose to remain aboard the Enterprise and was one of the surviving crew to be taken captive by the Romuans when the ship was eventually destroyed. Having to accept her fate Delenn became the mistress of a Romulan officer and eventually gave birth to Aeryn, but she stubbornly refused to give her daughter a Romulan name. Delenn eventually managed to get her daughter to safety at the cost of her own life. Fostered by a Starfleet family Aeryn was raised amongst the stars, travelling on various Starships and staying on various Starbases. As a result she chose to apply for Starfleet Academy as soon as she was old enough, sponsored by her foster father Starfleet's own Admiral T'Par. Aeryn was a dedicated student at the Academy, she showed a natural ability in Operations and Engineering as well as studying Diplomacy and Psychology. She graduated four years later with honours in all her chosen fields. After learning more about her Romulan heritage, and enduring a harrowing hostage ordeal Aeryn decided to give up her role as Executive Officer of Faltan Station. Having decided to accept a position as aide to Romulan Ambassador Telhas, plus she has accepted a chance to return to Faltan Station as Chief Diplomatic Officer. |
