New Player & update

Morning everyone, please welcome Andrew, whose playing Lieutenant Commander Aer Feshau-Patton our new Chief of Intel.

On the news front I’ve updated some of the manifest with uniform colours to match the various departments.

We also have one other pending character waiting in the wings, so it’s looking good.
