Mission: Mission 3: Diplomacy, what’s that?
Location: Stations Main Transporter Operations Panel

Oliver could not wait to finally be off the shuttle. He was curious as to why he could not be transported down to the station but had an idea why that might be.

"Excuse me" he said to a group of personnel standing around the main transporter operations panel. They turned and the ensign closest to him leaning on the panel addressed him first. "Lieutenant".

"Chief actually and if I catch you leaning on that consol again I will report you to the Capt... the chief of security and you will be punished to the full extent of the law. The transport systems may seem like a common luxary device but it is actually the most valuable piece of equipment on this station and now that I have arrived there will be a new standard of respect for it. Do we have an understanding." he looked so hard at them they felt he might transport them into space now with just his mind.

"Yes Chief " they responded.

"Now get out of here any duties you have been assigned today on transport are void . I will have your new assignments ready when I have spoken with my superiors." he watched as they left the room.

Once the room was clear he began a level 4 diagnostic system check. The systems immediatly began returning errors.

"Look at this relic ' he said as he looked at the three panel vertical modulation sliders. Oliver knew he would have to put in a request to have them changed for horizontal six panel sliders.

He checked his pad and saw that the USS Minotaur was to be heading out in the morning with some of the officers he would need to meet with unfortunately his reports would not be completed in that short of time. His plan he discussed with the Commander on the way here would have to change.

He pulled another Slug-O-Cola from his bag and decided to begin work on the transporter systems and requests reports. He would work all day and night to finish the reports so that he could get them submitted before the USS Minotaur returned, incase they required emergency transports.
He would submit his reports to Lieutenant Commander Aeryn Jameson first thing in the morning right after he brushed the green from his teeth.

Lt. Oliver Radrick Chief Transport Specialist .
