Mission: Mission 1: The Return to Faltan
Location: Shuttle Dreyga, Faltan Station
Timeline: MD06 - 0700

The new Major was on his way to Faltan Station, a new and possibly exciting assignment. He had been given an ultimatium by Starfleet for his... aggressive tactics, either be kicked out or be a Marine. Apparently face planting a Ferengi for being, well, a Ferengi was frowned upon. So naturally, he took the lesser of two evils. He found an environment that suited his type quite well. Strategically placed force and aggression was appreciated and he liked that. He thrived in the environment and actually, it was kind of fun.

He packed lightish, most of it was sent ahead of his arrival. He carried a large dufflebag with him and he had a PADD with his jew orders. The ship was oddly empty minus the Major and the pilot. It was a roughly 15 hour flight to the station. He alternated between the classic upright nap and a sense of... feeling on edge due to the lack of control he felt. He was in a half dozed off state when he heard the voice of the pilot informing him that they were not far from the station. He shifted a bit to look out the nearby porthole, he noticed the station from afar... A bit larger than what he expected.

Not long after, he than heard the Pilot state, "Shuttle Dreyga to Faltan Station flight control, requesting permission to land" A few moments later, flight control replied with, "Granted, landing bay Delta" and the comm clicked off. About fifteen minutes later, they were on the ground, which did help ease a bit of the Major's tension, now that he is back in control of things... Floating in a tin can in the big black void of space has not been his thing. Once landed, he would grab his things and give the pilot a slight nod as he made his exit. The man proceeded to scan over the area, he was a bit lost at this point, but he wagered he would figure it out. He had been given at least a rough understanding of where things were prior to his arrival.

He proceeded to make his way over towards the Officer's Quarters, the Marine's didn't bunk with the regular Starfleet Officers for whatever reason, either way, it was fine by him. Due to his rank, thankfully the Major had private quarters. Thank the powers that be, he is far too grumpy to be with a bunch of other random people. He proceeded to make his way into his quarters, once inside, he set the duffel bag on the rack and proceeded to organize what he brought with him as he wished. This was going to be an interesting assignment for sure.
