Mission: Mission 3: Diplomacy, what’s that?
Location: Faltan Station - Concourse

[ON]

Hudson walked along the concourse, tall and dignified, along with his brilliant and gorgeous wife of his. He was the happiest when the three of them now were together and spending time, when he was not on shift. The same for Grace. It was a rare opportunity, that the both of them had the day off in tandem as they had worked within the same station department.

Walking along, holding Grace's hand into his large hand. Baby Xander was suited in a baby sling that was attached to the stronger, supporting back of Tristian. Baby Xander was his pride. His Son! He smiled proudly as they had walked along, taking in the sights and sounds of the base.

"What would you like to do today, Grace, Xander?" He asked the both of them. Hudson's attention always on the lookout for someone who may pose potential harm to their child. It was something that had taken over him, once the birth of their Son occurred. His instinct to protect.

“To be honest I’m not sure, though saying that ...” Grace looked at her husband. “Lets go to the holodeck and walk along the beach. You know how much I miss a romantic stroll on the beach with you.”

Tristian smiled at Grace. "Of course my lovely Wife." He grasped his hand around hers a bit to emphasize.

As they made it to the holodeck, Hudson had addressed the main computer. A serene california coastal beach complete with bluffs in the distance. The bright shining sun above, the clear blue sky of Earth shining down on them. The beach was calm as the coastal waters gently washed up and back again. Both Tristian and Grace took off their shoes and began to walk along the gentle waters on the beach. He breathed inward, and then outward.

Baby Xander had a sun hat placed on him now. Tristian looked at Grace, her long hair gently flowing with the breeze. It was romantic, just to be with her here.

Grace smiled as she walked along hand in hand with Tristian. “I love this, I miss us having time to do this. Being based on a planet is okay but it’s not exactly a paradise with the natives not really wanting us here.”

Hudson listened to Grace and nodded. "I feel that we are here on a limited basis." He felt that the base alone was on borrowed time. "We have to be prepared for anything." He stopped, and turned to Grace, he leaned in and placed a gentle, yet warm kiss to her lips closing his eyes and tasting his wife in the sound of the ocean in the background.

Grace returned her husband’s kiss, this was so romantic and she loved it. “I wish we could make love on the beach but unless a certain someone here falls asleep ...” she motioned to their son. “There’s not much chance of that.”

Tristian eyed Xander in his holster, blissfully unaware. "Perhaps Aunt M'Mira wouldn't mind having a little baby sitting session?" He grunted mischevously.

Either that or there is a station nursery” Grace smiled as she looked at her husband.

"Perhaps this is best, yes Grace." He smiled. Leaning in for another greedy kiss from his lovely Wife.

“Then why don’t we see if the nursery has any room?”

Tristian stated. "Oh there will be room, we will see to it there is room for our Xander." He stated.

Grace couldn’t help but grin as they set off for the nursery.
