Crystal Fruits: The Garden (part 1)

Mission: Mission 1: The Return to Faltan
Location: Jaifnard - Center District
Timeline: MD06 - 2034

The weather was terrible, to say the least, lots of rain and some thunder here and there. Yet the music came loudly from the nightclub named The Garden as armed guards stood there patrolling the area and cars driving in and out dropping off their masters. Sarah looked from the window to the club as an agent next to her was scooping the area. She heard the door crack open. Her fruits have arrived and this will be a challenging operation.

Safe house> Entered the room and moved quietly through the room towards the others. Kingston tall body and muscular frame kept people from asking him questions.

Safe house>Hands in pockets, Akoni approached her, "How's it look?"

Safe house> Forr arrived on a bike, he dismounted, threw his backpack on his back and moved towards the team. “S’up.” The Bolian said.

Safehouse> Charlotte sauntered up to the group and bobbed her head to the music coming from the club. "Sounds like quite the party," she grinned.

Safehouse> "The party hasn't started...yet." He wore two energy weapons on his belt and carried several knives hidden on his body.

Safe house> Turning towards them and leans to the back "Looks alive..." Sarah mutters and her eyes looked at Morda "Kingston, welcome" She said with a smile and looked back at Charlotte "I believe you are on support duty today?"

Safe house>Akoni turned to look at the others, his eyes taking them in before returning to looking out the window.

Safehouse> "Yes ma'am," Charlotte nodded as she turned to Dufrai. "Too many in the club know me."

Safe house> Tapping the side of her leg as she looked at Kapulé "Tell them what we have found, let's get this mission going"

Safe house> “Only you would well know when on an undercover mission.” The Bolian said rolling his eyes.

Safe house>Turning back to her, Akoni nodded. "What we found is that the red guard is HQ-ed at Faltan City, and are deployed heavily all over Faltan itself...primarily as guards and escorts."

Safe house> “Makes sense.” Forr said. “What the plan?”

Safe House> We should kill as many of them as we can.

Safe House> Tapping on the window at her side towards the club "Today there is a meeting going to happen at that location, the documents stated 3 commandants going to attend" Looking at Kingston "Well let's not get on guns-blazing just yet son..."

Safe house> "Gun blazing?.... I prefer close killing....face to face."

Safe house> “Typical newbie response.”

Safe house> She shrugs "However we have a High Profile hit while investigating the files that we found. Codename Skinner was found among the documents" Sarah shrugs and pushed herself from the wall as she taps the console on the table to get some information.

Safe House> Akoni had given Morda a serious expression. He now replied to Sarah, "Is this Skinner expected to be here too?"

Safe house> "This ladies and gentlemen is Rivka Käser aka Skinner. Specialist in torture, close-combat with preference kill method a knife slash" pointing at her neck giving a clear target of Rivka specialty "She always has small arms with her and is highly wanted by Starfleet Security known for various murders on ...not so pretty ways"

Safe house> "Is this just a snatch job, or are we authorized to eliminate the person?" Kingston already admires her.

Safe house> “Was she the one who authorized Captain Refelian’s shooting?”

Safe house> Looking at Kingston "Ensign I would prefer to take this woman down, but by all means stay out of her way if you want to live another day. She is linked to the infamous Death Squad" Sarah said serious "We go in to take information, not to kill Skinner or these commandants" Looking at Odann "No...but I fear that other members of these death squad might behind it"

Safe house> The Warrant Officer nodded.

Safe house> Swiping the image away and gives the map of the area "We know nothing of the area, but there are three ways to approach this. I want to have at least two of these options done" She waves her hand as the parking lot comes up "One that I want to use for sure is Option three, distraction. Some go towards that parking lot and rig one of the cars to explode on my signal. This will give us a window of escape"

Safe house> “I’m sure I have something in my pack to do the job.” Odann stated.

Safe house> "What if we rig all the cars to explode?"

Safe house> "We want a distraction, not a massacred" Sarah pointed out to Kingston

Safe house> Watching the exchange, Akoni breathed in deeply, there was something about all of this that him feeling uneasy.

Safe house> He looked at Sarah. "These aren't nice people......you don't think they have enemies everywhere? They're used to attempts like this."

Safe house> "Fair point, but we already killed a Commander at Red Dye mining camp, I don't want to create a show that draws attention to us that much. The explosion that seems like...accident that happened is more the way"

Safehouse> Charlotte rolled her eyes. "Not everyone in that club is part of the Red Guard. The majority are townspeople just trying to have fun," she pointed out.

Safe house> “If we act carelessly we will end up dead.”

Safe house> "That's common sense," Akoni said.

Safe house> "Right right, let's continue," Sarah said and brought up two other options "Option one is infiltration from the west side, east side or from the roof. But due to the rain outside, we got no idea what we will face out there" Looking at Charlotte "Option two was going undercover into the club, but seeing the townsfolk know you, I might need that one as a backup"

Safe house> “Something the newbie doesn’t have yet.” The Bolian said in his deep voice.

Safehouse> "I could go in like I'm there just to party," Charlotte suggested. "Keep an eye on movements from within the club while you lot move around in the back rooms?"

Safe house>Akoni quickly thought about it, "How about all three?"

Safe house> Looking at Odann and she smiles a bit "Well I want you to take the newbie towards option 3, but be careful alright?" Looking at Hawk and Charlotte "We will take the infiltration route, got prefer to which route?" Sarah did not mind east, west or the roof "One route only, I got no clue how many guards we are dealing with and Charlotte Skinner might be there..."

Safehouse> Charlotte nodded. "They all know me as a trader and dancer, something akin to an old Earth Gypsy. I shouldn't raise any attention for being there," she said. "If I see her, I'll give you a codeword and get out of there?"

Safe house> Odann rolled his eyes

Safe house> The idea was appealing, the public was Charlotte playground "Just be careful if you cant convince the guards to report back to our location"

Safehouse> Charlotte nodded. "What codeword would you like me to give?"

Safehouse> "What if while we're inside the place, we set off one of the cars outside? That should cause some panic inside?"Kingston spoke, "Gives us a chance to get to our objective."

Safehouse> Taking a deep breath as she thinks "I guess you want to order a whiskey on the rock" Looking at Charlotte as hears the question of the Ensign "Don't let it go off, or both Hawk and I have to improvise to get out. Lives depend on it"

Safe house>Akoni leans in towards Sarah, "So what do you think, we come in from the roof?"

Safe house> “Don’t worry, nothing will go off until needed.”

Safehouse> "Hey...you don't want me here, still time to say so. We have a mission, we should do all we can to achieve it."

Safehouse> "I trust you, Ensign, you are on the team because you can handle it," Sarah said in her own compliment fashion "We can take the roof Hawk, will be a bit of a climb with this rain"

Safehouse> Charlotte shrugged. "Whiskey on the rocks, sounds like a good plan to me," she turned to Forr, "and good thing you're not handling the drinks. I may be the playgirl and worst undercover operative, but you're the worst bartender."

Safe House> Akoni nodded, but he was well trained for climbing

Safehouse>"I can melt into the crowd and get inside at the entrance."

Safehouse> "No Ensign," Sarah said directly "You go with Forr to create that distraction, he needs your help in the matter. When that is done you both go towards our location" She claps in her hands "Everyone clear on their task?"

Safe house> “Don’t worry Ensign, it’s all banter.” Odann said before turning to Charlotte and shrugged “Do I care?” He said with a slight smile.

Safe House> "Yes, Sir," Akoni replied.

Safehouse> "Clear."

Safehouse> Charlotte winked and blew Odann a kiss. "Good luck, don't drop the detonator," she then turned to Dufrai. "Clear, Boss."

Safehouse> Nodding towards them "Good let's move out...the mission is a go..." With that Sarah moves out with her team following. The team divided in three, Hawk and Dufrai going towards the roof, Gregory going to the entree and Morda and Forr for the parking lot. Teamwork was utmost important!

Safe House>Akoni couldn't help it, he had to smile. The two did that to him.

Safe house> Forr laughed before blowing one back. “Come on Ensign lets got blow shit up.”

Safe house> "Gladly."

The Garden> Moving from bush towards a tree with her cameo suit on as Sarah slides to the wall signing towards Hawk to move towards her. The pipe system would help them upwards. She takes a spot around to see if everything was clear.

Entree> Charlotte sauntered up to the guards, one hand on her hip and a pouty smile. "Evening gents, I hear this is the place to come if you're looking to party," she bounced slightly. "What does a girl gotta do to get in?"

The Garden>Hawk, Akoni, did as she expected, and was soon with her. He takes a look up at what they had to deal with.

Guard> Entree> Looking at the fine woman that stood before him as he let his eyes pleasure the views before him "Well ma'am there is always a party at The Garden. But an invite is required"

The Garden>"This will work," Akoni said, grabbing a hold of and testing one of the pipes.

Parking lot> “Which one takes your fancy?” Odann whispered to Morda as they looked at the various cars parked there.

ACTION: Three guards are patrolling the Parking lot, one is checking newly arrived cars and two are walking around.

Parking lot> Morda looked around. "If we plan this right, any explosion may set off a chain reaction....one car blows, might set off the cars next to it.."

Roof> The rain was annoying, but it gave cover for the two of them to move upwards to the roof and get onto it. Sarah slides behind an electric device noticing someone at the far end. Sarah signals towards Hawk that there was someone.

Entree> Charlotte pouted. "Aww, that guy at the market lied to me then," she sighed. "Anyway, I can get an invite for tonight? I was really hoping to dance!"

Roof> Akoni takes cover, signaling back to her.

Parking lot> "If we pick one of the cars near the back, that means the guards have to run all the way to the back to check out what happened."

Parking lot> Forr suddenly spots guards patrolling the parking lot. “We need to take them out quietly.”

Guard> Entree>He shrugs a bit and looks awkward " Well I guess I can let you in, but in exchange for a drink later on?"

Entree> "You got it sugar," Charlotte blew the guard a kiss. "If you can pull me away from the dance floor, that is!" She giggled and bounced again as she waited for them to let her in.

Parking lot> "Easy as pie."

Parking lot> “I suggest taking out the one on his own first then we can both take the other two out.” Forr said. “Remember, no killing.”

Roof> Slowly moving forward towards the man laying on the ground, most likely a sniper as Sarah grabs her knife and tries to get the man she did not notice the roof to be so slippery "Shit..." She mutters falling sideways against the man as he turns around looking back at her.

Parking lot> “ Ensign you take the lone one I’ll keep watch.”

Sniper> Roof> "What are you doing here...!?" The man slams Sarah back of him and tries to grab his pistol.

Parking lot> Moves between the cars unseen until he's near the guard.

Roof>Akoni takes off fast towards them.

Sniper> Roof> Looking at Kapulé he lifts his pistol at him

Roof>Gets there to help Sarah, quickly grabbing for the gun, his hand covers the barrel, and he is shot.

The Garden> Charlotte made her way through the club, dodging dancers as she made her way to the bar. "Rum and cola, please?" She asked the bartender noting a very well dressed man beside her. She flashed him a smile and bounced happily as she waited for her drink.

Sniper> Roof> Feels as the man grabs her pistol "Damn it..." And shoots right into the left hand of Kapulé. (@LTjgKapulé[ACIO] received a penalty for the duration of this mission. The left hand is now a handicap).
Sesl> The Garden> Hearing a lovely voice at his side and looking at the direction "Well thank the sky gods for letting you drop here...well hello my dear I am Commandant Marza Sesl, the great West District leader of the Red Guards" He winks at Charlotte.

Roof>Akoni reals away, grimacing in pain, grabbing onto his wounded hand with his good one. He glares back over to the other two.

Parking lot> While Morda takes down one guard, Forr begins to move to the other two. He could hear them chatting, mostly about the weather. The rain never bothers the Bolian. Actually, the noise of the rain helped cover his movements meaning he didn’t need to be as quiet. He then walked up to them. “Excuse me, I can’t seem to find my Vola, it’s bright green and comes with a...” The Bolian yanked the first guards head down towards his knee knocking him out cold. Before kicking the others legs out from under him and bring his fist down onto the guard's face. “Enjoy the sleep, friend.”

The Garden> Charlotte gave the man a confused look. "I'm new here, what's the Red Guard?" She tilted her head to the side as she spoke.

Roof> Sarah sees the sacrifice of Hawk and rolled towards the Sniper placing the knife right into his eye socket taking him down without any remorse or regret. She pulls out the knife as the body falls down onto the floor. Sarah moves towards Hawk "You okay?"

Roof>Gripping his hand, Akoni barely nods and stands up straighter. Breathing hard, he looks over to the sniper. "We need to ID him."

Guards> Parking Lot> The guard managed to miss Odann kick and tries to hit the unknown man. But misses

Parking lot> Seeing the Ensign has taken out the other guard Odann pulled the guards out of view and moved to a car parked close to the garden. He opened his pack and pulled out the explosives and planted it under the car. He then moved away.

Sesl> The Garden> Looking a bit surprised at Charlotte "Well all be damned, I hit the jackpot!" He stated with a grin "Red guards are the guardians of the lovely planet, we provide guards all over the place!"
Roof> Sarah looked at the man and searched his pockets, some credits, playing cards and an ID. She rose it to Hawk "Access card"

Roof>He nods, "Perfect..almost too much. I can check it out..." He pulls out something to wrap his hand, is in a lot of pain.

Roof> Moving towards Hawk as she looked at his left hand "You will be unable to use that hand for the endurance of this mission. It needs medical treatment soon...but for now, we need to focus on the mission" Sarah said as she walks towards the roof door and slowly opens it.

Roof>Akoni nods and starts following. Thankfully he is right handed.

The Garden> "Really? That sounds like a tough job," Charlotte frowned slightly. She thanked the bartender when she received her drink, then moved closer to the man. "I'm a Gyspy. I move from place to place trading goods and dancing. Oh, I just love to dance," she giggled and stirred her drink. "Do you like to dance?"
