Mission:
Mission 1: The Return to Faltan
Location: Cat's Quarters/Chief Engineer's Office
Timeline: MD06 - 1115
Catrina had finished her meeting with the first officer, who seemed extremely glad to be able to hand off the work of engineering and focus on other things. Not that she could blame her, as it seemed everything was happening all at once. The only place that Cat had gone after that meeting was to her new quarters to grab a few of her favorite tools before heading to her office. The way things sounded, this was going to be her second home for a while.
There had been more stacks of reports left for her there, but they at least seemed recent. She’d have to look over those once she sorted out who all she could assign where, and then figure out what tasks she would be taking on herself. Looking down the list of those on her team, Tendai knew she’d have to figure out what everyone’s strengths were at some point. But, there were different priorities now.
She figured it was best to split the workloads evenly between the team. Half went to the Intelligence offices, the other to the JAG offices. She assigned herself to the Intelligence offices, but knew she’d likely be bouncing between the two quite a lot. But on top of all of that, she needed to come up with a time to meet with the team as a whole, introduce herself and the normal things like that.
Setting her tools on her desk, Cat took one of the reports off the top of the stack and started to look it over. She wanted to get all of this paperwork done, or as done as she could, before heading off to start on repairs. Based on how much she had between here and her quarters, that likely wasn’t going to happen. Anything that had been sent her way while she was traveling was done. However, it was now time to make a dent in what was here, and then it would be time to get her hands dirty.
